Highlights from the Cologne KunstFilmBiennale on tour
After successful guest performances in the years 2004/2005 in Buenos Aires (Bafici film festival), São Paolo (Bienal) and numerous other cities of Latin America, 2007 in Berlin (KunstWerke – KW), Istanbul (museum Istanbul Modern) and New Delhi (Apeejay Gallery) as well as 2008 in St. Moritz (ArtMasters), a selection of highlights of the last Cologne KunstFilmBiennale is again to be travelling in 2009.
Artist films by and with Marina Abramović, Doug Aitken, Guy Ben-Ner, Sarah Morris or Julian Rosefeldt give an outlook on the International Competition 2007 and the VG BILD-KUNST Award for Experimental Film, accompanied by some special programs.
